boyfriend's useless waste of oxygen sister

I thought I would go ahead and start giving you a little background on the boyfriend's family....I'll start with my least favorite family member his sister.
1. She has no job and has not had one since I've been dating her brother. (We've dated for quite a long period of time.)
2. She still lives at home with their parents.
3. She has a child.
4. My dog has more common sense than she does.
5. She keeps getting back together with her "baby's daddy" They've never been married, they can't get along long enough to even think about getting married. I'm really not even sure how they got along long enough to conceive a child. If it's at all possible, her "baby's daddy" is even more useless than she is.
6. It took her 10 years to get a 4 year degree, and not because she was working and going to school at the same time. It's because she's lazy.
7. Her brother keeps telling me that she "is trying to find a job, but just hasn't had any luck". Bullshit. You don't vacation for three months in a row if you really are seeking employment.
8. She uses her child support to pay for daycare (the amount of child support she gets just so happens to be the exact amount that she has to pay for daycare) because she doesn't want to lose her "spot" at daycare. (The kid was in daycare to begin with when the sister was still in school). I could possibly understand this if the time in between her graduating from college and finding a job was less than a month, but it's been SEVEN MONTHS. She has no job and no income, so anything she needs, anything at all - even tampons, has to be paid for by her enabler father or her psycho bitch mother.
9. She smokes and drinks. How? I'm not sure, because she has NO INCOME. (i'm not knocking smoking or drinking, I just don't understand how it's possible when you have no money).
10. It probably sounds like I hate her, but I don't hate her as much as I just have absolutely no respect for her whatsoever.

I know a lot of it has to do with how you were raised. My parents just didn't raise me to be like that, and the crazy thing is, my boyfriend's parents didn't raise HIM to be like that either, they raised him to be a productive member of society. I'm not quite sure where they went wrong with her, but I do know that the father now regrets it (as well he should) and stays out of town and away from the mother and sister, under the pretense of "working" as much as possible and the mother just doesn't care as long as she ALWAYS gets her way (and she always does, even if she has to throw a temper tantrum that would make a two year old proud - I'm not kidding). But that is another post for another day.
