of being a Stay at Home Girlfriend is starting to get on my nerves. At least now I know that if by some miracle I do hit the lottery one day, I'm still going to have to work at least part time. I'm going stir crazy.
I've sent out several resumes, but no calls yet. School doesn't start until April and if I don't find something to do before then, I will probably have to be admitted to a mental hospital or a fat farm. I won't even say how many cookies I have eaten today.
I'm not going to let this get me down. I have faith and I still believe there is something bigger and better in my future.....I just hope it's in my near future for my sanity's sake.

Back away from the cookies!!!! Ha! I know you are going insane - just be patient! Something will come your way!
Stay positive!
Work part time after winning the lottery? Yah, I'd have to do the same.
The perfect job.. .Working at a dry cleaners from 10-3 pm (are they even open during that time?). Inhaling fumes all day. Who needs a mental hospital when you don't care?
Best of luck. I've got my fingers and toes crossed for you. I hope you find a job soon.
Since I've been married, I've been a "housewife" with the exception of a ridiculous job I had for 5 months, which only took up 8 hours of my week.
I have to say, that if I had a job I loved, I wouldn't mind not staying home. But I'd much rather stay at home than get my ass to a sucky job.
I think I'm a rare bird though. It's hard for me to get bored, or in other words. . . I'm really good at keeping myself busy :)
My husband is going thru the same thing since hes been laid off. If you think of anything that has helped you, let me know! I promise you will get a call back soon! It took my hubbie 4 ish weeks to get any info back!
